Creekside Manor

This place is truly amazing. It’s in the best and safest part of town, near everything, still close to downtown, and the VIEWS! Literally a million dollar view. I can’t imagine not waking up to the Chugach mountains every morning. I toured a dozen apartments in town, and the second I walked in and saw the view I was sold. Not only do I have the view of the mountains and forest, but I can also see fox, eagles, and moose from time to time. I can stay inside all day, and truly feel like I’m... outdoors. ALSO an indoor trash chute, indoor mailboxes, and a heated parking garage?! Couldn’t ask for more with the Alaska winter weather. I also feel super safe here! Staff and maintenance are great, never had an issue, and neighbors are always pleasant (also I never hear them which is also wonderful lol). We have been here for about a year and we've loved our time here. The only complaint I would have is that I got my bass guitar stolen (it was probably my own fault because I left it in the car). The landlord couldn't do much about it, so that was frustrating. Other than that, I enjoyed it.
