Six Wonderful Years at Foxwood

We lived at Foxwood for six years, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. The property is beautifully maintained, and the management company, Continental Development, truly sets the standard for excellent service. The staff has always been incredibly friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to make our family feel at home.

Maintenance requests were handled quickly, often within a day, and the quality of the work is excellent. It’s rare to find a place where both the… living environment and the people running it are this dependable and welcoming.

If you’re looking for a well-kept community with caring management and prompt service, we highly recommend Foxwood and the team at Continental Development.

Beware

Was trying to apply for an apartment turned the application. The original gorl was friendly. Due to issues with references I was to contact her after lunch. Was then called by another associate who said she had googled a reference and received bad one. Complete lie I had called the company myself. To top that off the other applicant has me signed authorization to verify. Very sketchy.

Highly recommend

The condos are spacious and clean. The property's grounds are also very well maintained. I have rarely needed maintenance in the three years I have lived here, but when I do the requests are completed quickly. The leasing staff is friendly and I have never had any issues while living here.

Clean, quiet, nice units

I have been a renter in Anchorage for several years, and after many bad experiences with various properties and management companies, I'm so happy to finally settle in at Foxwood. The units are very well taken care of, and the grounds are clean and quiet. My neighbors are all really nice! I'm happy I finally found a place I like and I can see myself living here for a while.

I had a couple of maintenance issues when I first moved in, and the maintenance crew took care of them immediately. Great… place, overall.

Great Place

Love the Fox-wood apartments. The grounds are super pretty and the management is really helpful. The place is centrally located which saves me a bunch of time and is super quiet. Also love the heated garage in the winder. I was a little worried about the stairs living on the top floor, but it doesn't bother me at all. And i love the view.I could not be happier!
