Maintenance team is responsive and professional.

Been here almost a year and really happy with my choice. The location on Garrett Dr is perfect for getting around Athens. Maintenance team is responsive and professional. Only minor issue is the water pressure could be better in the shower but thats pretty common.

Management is friendly and easy to work with

My daughter attends Athens State and these apartments have been perfect for her. Management is friendly and easy to work with. The units are clean and well-maintained. We looked at several places in the area and Windsor was definitely the best value.

Been renting here for 6 months now and its been a solid experience.

Been renting here for 6 months now and its been a solid experience. The units are bigger than I expected and having my own entrance is nice. Management keeps things running smooth and I haven't had any real issues.
