Spider infestation

Rhodes ferry is not what it used to be when I first moved here. I would request pest control and pest control would come out and service my unit every week. Now they schedule them to come out the 2nd and 4th week of month and even then when you request pest control it’s like they barely want to schedule them. But this is something we pay for. There is a spider infestation in my unit. Trees hanging over my balcony this is causing this issue and they have not tried to get the trees removed or cut… back. The spiders are coming through the front door from the balcony.

Our pest control service is scheduled on designated service days to… ensure all resident requests are addressed efficiently, but we certainly want to make sure your concerns receive the attention they deserve. We also appreciate you bringing the overgrown tree branches and spider activity around your balcony to our attention.

Please contact the leasing office at your earliest convenience so we can review your pest control requests, inspect the landscaping around your building, and work with our maintenance and pest control teams to address these concerns. We value your residency and appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

My Disappointment with management

My request for repairs for the underneath structure of shower stability was not taken seriously until a 3rd party contractor second the notion. After escalation to region manager about spiders, we were undermined as is we were at fault for the infestation of spiders which stems from the overgrowth of trees which needs to be cut back. Neighbors gutter problem is sad to witness when rain water just floods deck uncontrollably. I'm very disappointed in the professionalism and bias I've witnessed… which is unacceptable.

Rhodes Ferry

Living at Rhodes Ferry is wonderful! The management team is responsive and friendly and maintenance staff is always on site to make sure everything in order!

Lisa and Sean are the best! I’m proud to tell others where I live - Rhodes Ferry seems to have a great reputation in the area and that’s because of Lisa, the Property Manager, and Sean, the Maintenance Manager!

I hope to be here by the river, at this beautiful property for a very long time!

Great place to live!!

I love living at Rhodes Ferry Apartments. Not only is it convenient to the river it is two blocks from my Church. Shopping is right around the corner and Lisa and Sean and great to work with. The apartment itself was clean and updated when I moved in and the grounds are nicely kept.
