These trailers are falling apart! The ones that look like they're still together have rotten floors and water leaked walls. My grandmother lived there and it is terrible. Her trailer and many of het neighbors have roaches due to the other tenants living filthy. It's so much drug use and prostitution. They don't care who sees them. They'll sell drugs right in front of you while sitting on your porch.
