Good for the price
I have been staying in these apartments for almost four years. I rented the apartment because it is close to campus and affordable for students. The pros: location, price, rental office is across the street, very prompt service when requested, walking distance to shops and downtown, & safe. Con: no guest parking & on home game days there is no way to leave the aparapartment due to all the cars parking everywhere.
