It's clean and quiet. Very well insulated. However, the resident entry gate on Flat Rock Road keeps breaking. I appreciate the new paving going on.

I have enjoyed living here in Midland Falls Apartments for 3 years now! The complex is very clean and well maintained. The office staff is very nice, and they care about their tenants. Whenever you need maintenance they are always there. I love the fact that Midland Falls has came in and fixed the kids play areas up so that my grandkids have a nice, and safe playground to play on!!! I would recommend Midland Falls Apartments to anyone for their place of residence!

I enjoy living here at Midland Falls. Lately the area has been a little bit more noisy after 10:00. And the issue with the poop is back, but I have decided someone else can fight those battles.
I like the daytime when it’s quiet and peaceful. I can enjoy reading, doing my chores, watching TV, or whatever. I don’t have to worry about being too loud. I just love the area and the space I have in the apartment.
Also I never have a problem getting help when something goes wrong in the apartment. The... maintenance staff is great.

Pest control seems to be a waste as apartments are infested. The entry gate is always broken every weekend. Don't think I will renewing my lease.

Pest control is conducted on a rotating schedule throughout the community, and our vendor also completes resident call-backs as needed. If you are still experiencing any... issues, please contact the office so we can place a service request for a follow-up visit.

Regarding the entry gates, they are not broken. They were temporarily set to remain open to accommodate necessary paving work and contractor access. We understand how that may have caused concern and appreciate your patience during that time.
