Me and my daughter have called Midland Falls home for over 12 years now. The staff are professional, attentive to your issue and friendly. Maintenance team is bar none the best I have encountered being retired military and federal civilian with over 43 years of service and I have been housed in over 19 different countries on base and off base. You just can't beat Southern hospitality. The facilities, there is a laundry mat, fitness center and I'm talking a gym with machines, benches and loads of... free weights and also a separate area with all kinds aerobic trainers to get your sweat on. Tennis courts, a brand new pickle ball court, swimming pools and an outdoor sand volley ball court, my favorite. There is a garden center and even a dog park. You tell me, what other apartment complex in Columbus, GA has it's very own mailroom with a parcel locker system. I would bet to say not any other apartment complex. It's a great system packages get put in parcel lockers by FedEx, UPS, Amazon and USPS and you get sent a code to your phone or email to pick up your package. I know there is more I could cover but the staff here at Midland Falls can do a better job, lol. So in closing I would say with this all being said the entire team including Ram Partners, strive each and every day to make Midland Falls a place not only to live but more importantly a place to call home.

It’s been awesome ! Property quiet , & stay clean. Even on weekends I don’t just hear people loud and partying disturbing anyone. It’s a good area too close to a lot of food places and shopping

We have really enjoyed the apartment so far and really feels like home and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also the maintenance crew keeps the place nice and the repairs I’ve needed were completed quickly

Overall a great community of people, just wish the office was more available. Half of the time I do go to the office for something, it’s closed, even during operation hours.

There is too much pet waste on the property. Apart from that, outside the property is nice, with all the trees, fountains, pools, and open space.
