Don't let the advertisements fool you

Seriously!!! What is the point of the emergency maintenance line if nobody ever comes??? This is the third time I have called the emergency maintenance line and nobody has came. You are supposed to have a maintenance on call regardless on if it's a weekend or holiday. Last time, my air wasn't working. This time, my lights were off and I reported the outage to Alabama power, they said my lights were working just fine. I also checked the breaker. This apartment is ridiculous, overpriced and just... want to get over on residents just for money...Also, if you are wanting to wash and use the laundry room, you're better off going to a local Laundromat because their dryers have been out for months and they refuse to get them fixed.

Clean and good location

clean kept up property, staff is very helpful and responsive get things fixed in a timely matter enjoyed my time living here and plan on renewing when my lease is up

Anger tentant Watts

I been complaining about my crack door since I move here. I saw a rat in my apartment. Nets was in refrigerator. My oven doesn't work. The worst apartment ever

great place!!

I have lived here for over about 2 months and I love the location! Management has made improvements and always helping me when i need anything done. It's very calm and close to everything I need. also love the view from my apartment Would definitely recommend!
