The management sucks there nobody ever in the office to get assistance and when rent is due the require you to use app no money order or cash, but they always have the portal locked and then you can't go to office or call because nobody ever there. The safety there sucks they will literally tell you if you call the police for any issues you are messing with their money and they never fix anything me and my son had a big water leak in our apartment that i had to pay someone to fix because they... never got to my work order until 3 weeks later and that issue caused mold all in my bedroom and under the carpet. they only have 1 Maintenace man and the manager doesn't even care about the safety of the residents all she is worried about is money. don't rent from here i regret even moving here. Super happy that ownership has changed. Apartments finally fixed up and loving the space.

I recently moved in here and the new management / owners are so accommodating. What can a renter asked for more than that. Very hard to find that unless you pay luxury prices and even then management sucks sometimes.

Would give 6 stars if i could!!
Just renewed my lease for another year. New owners have been doing a great job being on top of repairs. Office staff is super friendly and always available. looking forward to living here for many more years!

Please don't move here the price that they want for these apartment is not worth it they got poor maintenance the plumbing sucks and the plumbing is bad half of the buildings are empty because no one wants to move in here so if you can stay away from Fox Valley we will be moving out the end of April so if you want somewhere to stay do not move here your kids do not have playing space the people at the leasing and people will breaking your cars office have a very bad attitude that's why they run... specials on these apartments because they can't run them out Read More
