The bathroom is stocked with small-batch, organic toiletries and plush towels. The roomy walk-in shower is light and clean and features a rain shower head and spacious bench. A washer and dryer are available in the building and are shared with other guests. Detergent, an iron, and an ironing board are included.

The mansion, named Eden Brae, is situated on Cliff Road, one of the most desirable and walkable residential streets in the city of Birmingham. Just a few blocks away, you will find parks, restaurants, coffee, golf, and tennis! Highland Park Golf and Tennis Club is just a block away. Eden Brae is just a couple of miles from most of Birmingham's most popular attractions: Railroad Park, the Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Avondale, Sloss Furnace, the Art Museum, Regions Field, Vulcan Park, and Downtown's Entertainment and Civil Rights Districts. All are easily accessible by bike or by car/Lyft/Uber.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Dogs are allowed, and they must be included as pets in the guest count. Events and gatherings are not allowed in single apartments; to host an event, inquire about renting the whole house. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. There is a $200/night penalty for any violation of the no smoking or vaping policy. If you bring a pet without notifying us or in violation of this policy, you may be subject to a $250 penalty per pet, in addition to the applicable pet fees.
