These ranch-style duplexes along Montclair Road in Mountain Brook rest on a hill, surrounded by trees and connected via charming shaded lanes. Incredibly spacious interiors boast 10-ft vaulted ceilings, wall-to-wall-to-ceiling closets in large... bedrooms, a breakfast nook, an office space, and expansive living and dining rooms. Additionally, each home features a private covered patio, a carport with back door entrance into the kitchen, and a locked laundry and storage room in the carport. All units feature a dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven/range, and washer/dryer connections. Tenants have the option to bring their own washer and dryer set, or to rent a set from us for an additional $50/month.

For utilities, there is a $120 flat-rate, monthly utility fee paid with rent each month. This fee covers water, sewer, valet trash service, pest control, and lawn care. Electric, gas, and cable/internet are paid separately.
