    Penny, Nickel, Dime

    I would highly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here. What they tell you your monthly bill will be is completely different from what you actually end up paying. They nickel and dime you with random charges every single month. One of the most frustrating aspects is that several fees are billed based on community usage instead of your individual usage, so you end up paying for everyone else's usage regardless of how conservative you are with your own apartment.

    On top of this,    … the basic amenities are constantly failing. The security gate is broken quite often, which defeats the purpose of living in a gated community and leaves the property entirely open. We also had a package stolen from our front door, which was incredibly frustrating. To add to that, the valet trash service is unreliable, despite us being charged for it. Save yourself the stress and find a management team that is transparent and actually maintains their property.
