WOULD NOT MOVE HERE! They simply do not care about their tenants. They push everything that should be important under the rug. We had ac problems that did not get resolved until I had to get very ugly with them. Don’t even think about putting in a “maintenance” request because most of the time they are “short handed” for weeks or simply will close out your request and pretend they have no knowledge of what happened to it. They make you pay for community power for breezeways, parking lot etc.... which would be fine if the lights even worked not even 50% of the lights we pay for even work. They’ve had recent new management who is worse than the previous management by far which is saying a lot. This place truly is awful. I’m convinced that the “good” reviews listed are fake or they were offered money off of their rent if they left a good review. I’ve never had this bad of an issue with maintenance ever… they are horrible , have to constantly tell them about the same problem and then they still don’t fix it. Been complaining about air since Thursday and now it’s Saturday and nobody has came. They closed on Sunday and now I have to wait till Monday. Been very hot these last few days.

Nice quiet place to live. Friendly staff and easy registration process. Online platform is easy to navigate.

Convenient place,management and maintenance teams are very cooperative
