    DONT MOVE HERE

    WOULD NOT MOVE HERE! They simply do not care about their tenants. They push everything that should be important under the rug. We had ac problems that did not get resolved until I had to get very ugly with them. Don’t even think about putting in a “maintenance” request because most of the time they are “short handed” for weeks or simply will close out your request and pretend they have no knowledge of what happened to it. They make you pay for community power for breezeways, parking lot etc.… which would be fine if the lights even worked not even 50% of the lights we pay for even work. They’ve had recent new management who is worse than the previous management by far which is saying a lot. This place truly is awful. I’m convinced that the “good” reviews listed are fake or they were offered money off of their rent if they left a good review. I have talked to everyone living in my building and not one of them has anything good to say about this place.
