How Is This Rating Determined?

First Timer

In my opinion the apartment that I currently live is better for some one as a starter home. When I say starter home I mean a first time renter will be able to live comfortably enough until they can afford better. The maintenance men are are great the fix problems immediately. Jenny the leasing agent is also very kind hearted and will work with you through times of need.

First Timer

in my opinion my apartment would be great for a new family on a budget, or even a first time renter to help the with budgeting. The maintenance guys are amazing they never leave me waiting when I call the come right in and fix any problems. Jenny the leasing agent is always so helpful and pleasant.
