Bad Management
THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORSE! DON'T MOVE HERE! THE PROPERTY IS ALWAYS NASTY IN THE BREEZE WAYS. MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE AND THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SKILLS.

They're okay.
I've lived with my mom since my 8th grade year I am not a sophomore in college. The apartments are nice but the staff could be better. The tenants are loud and this property gets worse every year they move in anyone who qualifies. The dumpster always full even outside of it. We have strange animals that will chase after your car I'm speaking off experience. But overall the apartments are nice but if you need maintenance done you should really annoy the rent office because they'll only come if... you complain a lot.

Glennbrook
I was looking to rent an apartment but everytime I call or go by the office its a waiting list that's miles long. Glennbrook looks like a lovely place to live and I look forward to becoming a tenant. I have two kids that are teenagers so I'm sure they will enjoy the amenities. I'm so focus on glennbrook because they are newly built I think 2009 and I seen a few kids outside when I visit. I would love to live rent free for a year!!!!
