taco Tuesday

Thought that new management would be a good thing, but they changed everything and won’t answer calls or emails about any of it. Then seem annoyed when you walk in to speak in person. They can’t answer emails but can send three about taco Tuesday

You should not rent apartments here, all are old and damaged. it's just covered with a new coat of paint

As I tried extensively to tour or get more information about the apartments as soon as I walked in every time I was turned away although seeing that they updated how many apartments they had daily. I wasted days amount of time being told to come back another day. Don’t even waste time trying to go in

Don't rent here, looks good but it isn't

First of all, The lease is endless, they hold you responsible for every thing. There is lead paint peeling off every where, and they use lead pipes for your water, you have to sign off acknowledging you where made aware of the lead paint & pipes. They are not up front about how much it really cost for an apartment here, there are all these monthly charges added onto your monthly rent. So you pay a monthly amount for the apartment, plus they automatically add on cable & Wifi, which is Direct… TV, but they don't go through Direct TV, they use another company that charges more $$$ for the same services that Direct TV offers for less. They add on Sewer, trash, tax, admin fee, water, & pest control. In which you still have bugs, roaches. The grounds are dirty, trash / litter is dumped or left here and there. I'm counting down the months until my lease is up, to get out of here.
