Apartments have around $600 in hidden fees during application , not worth it at all

Kenley is a clean, safe, convenient, and responsive community. We have had zero complaints. The maintenance staff and the front office staff are incredibly helpful. This is a HUGE pet community, which we love. The pool is open year-round, which is awesome. They keep the pool very clean. You get valet trash service to your door. Toured these apartments. Dead roaches in the model, cheap old blue counter tops, smelled like someone smoked weed in the model right before arrival, buildings need serious power washing. For the price of the apartments, you’d expect them to be better quality

No any maintenance. At all. And YES - we have already contacted the office many times (in different ways, including by email).
Our disposal broken since MAY. The first request was closed for no reason at all. The disposal did not work and does not work till now. Because of it the cabinet is damaged and we have horrible stink.

The people in the office are rude and they are liars. I was told I would have an open floor plan. That was a lie. On moving day I was surprised to find the kitchen was not open like I was told. I specifically asked do I need to turn the gas on. I was told only for the fireplace. Then I’m getting all these rude emails months later in the summertime that I need to turn on my gas for hot showers. Why didn’t you say that when I specifically asked!?! Every email that was directed to me was rude. They... definitely do not care about their residents as soon as you sign on the dotted line.
