I have only lived here for 5–6 months, and this has been the most stressful and disappointing experience I’ve ever had as a renter. Between the constant maintenance problems, the repeated leaks, the black mold, the lack of communication, and the neglect toward my pet’s safety, I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere.

Colonial Grand is by far the best complex I have rented from, and I have moved around a lot! The grounds are well-kept; I feel very safe, even at night. My unit feels spacious and well-maintained (i.e. no paint drips, nothing is peeling away or hanging loose, etc.). The office staff are also super quick to address any commonly seen bad habits that start creeping up (i.e. people not picking up after their pets or leaving large items by the garbage bin).

The maintenance staff is absolutely... amazing! I have someone at my door within 24hrs of logging a request, every time, and that is unique to this complex for sure. You won't find that level of service anywhere else.

Renting has changed over the last 10 years and the same quality you are used to living in costs twice as much these days. That's just life now; it's like that everywhere. The service and attitude from the leasing office is so incredibly poor that it makes the entire experience miserable.

Comfortable, safe

Pretty good. Water bill way too high since it is split up by building. The gym is way too small and missing weights. Quiet apartments. Maintenance usually fixes issues quickly.
