Horrible management and maintenance

Constant flooding, trash overflowing, pest problems, grounds unkept. Management unhelpful.

problems

The front desk turnover rate is like no other, if choose to move here I would highly recommend a 3rd floor apartment. This complex has very bad floor installation, you can literally hear the person above you every step and gets very annoying. Imagine paying all of this money to come to your place of living and you can barely sleep or enjoy your home in peace. Also, very bad on pest control, complex is near woods you have lots of spiders surrounding your door.

Pest Problem

Apartment needs major upgrades/renovations for the price. These apartments have a huge issue with spiders, millipedes and cockroaches.

A very positive... (Verified Renter)

A very positive experience living here - friendly office personnel and maintenance is conducted quickly and correctly by nice maintenance men. Only down side is the garbage issue - very sightly to have garbage lined up along the sidewalk by the garbage compacter, that is a very negative look to the property as it is right in front
