Poor management, service, and job knowledge
I lived at Met on 7th for over two years and while the apartment itself, location, and maintenance team were excellent, the management experience was consistently disorganized and frustrating.
After a simple banking mistake on my end (after a perfect 2+ year payment history), I was told late fees would be removed—but that never happened in a timely manner. My online payment access was then permanently restricted despite providing proof and attempting to resolve the issue. Communication from the... office was inconsistent, and at times difficult or impossible.
I received conflicting balances and even multiple eviction notices with different amounts after being instructed to pay a specific total. Billing errors, lack of clarity, and poor communication became a recurring issue throughout my lease and move-out process, including disputed final charges and changing refund amounts.
While individual staff members like maintenance (especially Mr. Ken and team) and a few office employees were professional and helpful, upper management decisions and communication practices were unreliable and stressful.
Overall, the property itself has strong potential, but management performance does not match the standard expected for a “luxury” apartment community. I would not recommend leasing here unless major improvements are made in communication, consistency, and accountability.

""Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for recognizing the efforts of our staff members who were able to assist you throughout your residency. We are especially glad to hear that you enjoyed the apartment itself, the location,... and the service provided by Ken and the maintenance team. We understand how frustrating payment-related concerns can feel, particularly after a long residency. While certain payment restrictions and notice processes are system-driven and required as part of company policy, we do recognize that the overall experience can still feel stressful when communication is not as clear as it should be. Our goal is always to provide accurate information, and a professional experience for our residents, and we are disappointed to hear that your experience did not consistently reflect those standards. Feedback like yours is important and helps us identify opportunities to improve. We appreciate the time you spent as a resident at Met on 7th and wish you the very best in your next home." "
