Steel City Flats

Steel City Flats is a newly renovated apartment building that sits high in the city of Birmingham. No matter what apartment you lease, you are guaranteed a breath taking view of the city because all the doors are on one side, which face the city view! The apartments are all newly renovated studio apartments, and although small, they are very cozy and homey! I love staying here! The rent is very cost effecient and it includes a flat rate of 30$ for water! The light bill average here is 50$ a... month because of the new insulation so you won't have to spend a fortune on power! Everything is new, including apliances and the washer and dryer room is newly renovated as well so you can leave your clothes on wash and have a message sent to your smart phone to let you know when they are done!
These apartments are very close to the University of Alabama at Birmingham so if you are a student or just someone looking for a small, but beautiful place to stay this is the place for you!
The only downfall to this apartment is that there are limited parking spaces and it is handled on a first come first serve basis, which means you might have to make a spot some nights in the parking lot. Also, the apartment building is on a hill and the parking places are hard to maneuver out of. Especially for someone like me, who drives a stick shift.
