Wilbur
We've been at Wilbur for 3 years now and it's been amazing! The units are a historical society apartments and they have been here since 1923. The building consist of 8 units and they have been up kept and taken care of. Wood floors and crown molding are still in great condition, spacious 1 bedroom floor plans. If I could take this apartment with me anywhere i go, as well as cost of living here, I would.
