    Safety Issue

    The parking lot gate has been broken over a month and this is not the first time. This is a major safety issue and nothing is being done about it. I have seen several cars using the garage that don't live here, especially during games. I no longer feel safe here. I'm a single female and come in late from work some nights. I'm not sure who may be waiting in cars looking for an opportunity to Lord know what. I would think for the amount of rent we pay they could at least hire someone to parlor or… stay at the gate until the issue is resolved. I noticed the police there due an auto theft or break in already. Not sure how much else has to happen for them to be accountable for our property and safety. Please do better Palmer staff.
