Sitting on a private street, you'll find peace... and serenity and over 200 miles of coastline. Still, all necessities can be found just minutes away in the small town of Cropwell, and even more essentials (Wal-Mart, Home Depot, etc.) are found just 9 miles away in the growing town of Pell City, AL. This quiet residential neighborhood is perfect for a family or a small group (please note that quiet hours will be expected late in the evening.)
The home itself is cozy with a bright and lovely design. In the main room, you'll find comfortable furniture, a wood-burning fireplace, and a flatscreen TV (Prime Video,
& Netflix are included!). A dining table will fit eight easily for a meal.
Heat in this home is supplied by a heat pump, and the wood-burning stove is also available. A fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of space and all the essentials you need to make your favorite dishes. Just steps away, you’ll find a private dock for swimming and fishing (please note that the water level changes seasonally). However, there is normally deep water from mid-March through mid-October. And throughout the year, the water and views are beautiful. There is also a hot tub and private pool (both maintained by your hosts.)
This home is located on a quiet inlet of Logan Martin Lake. Enjoy swimming, in the pool, the lake, or fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing by the pool or the private boat dock.
There are 3 Bedrooms, (2 with Queen beds and 1 with a King-size bed.) All linens, pillows, and comforters are provided. There are 2 Baths, (all towels and bath-cloths are provided.) The unit sleeps 6 to 8 (6 adults.)
