Requests for repairs go on deaf ears. Parking lot has huge pot holes. People don’t clean up after their dogs. Dog dirt everywhere. People drive and park on the grass causing large ruts. People here don’t know have to use trash cans. Litter everywhere.

Changed leasing agencies like 6 times in 2 years. They only send people out to fix major stuff. They are threatening tenants with bills over untrimmed trees, bushes, and weeds. The grass has hardly ever been cut the whole time I’ve lived here. the apartments have a terrible layout and aren’t build correctly. There is a major bug problem. Spider centipedes millipedes roaches of all sizes that you can’t get rid of. MOLD in the vents they won’t do anything about and is very hard to clean. Holes... everywhere. It’s not worth it at all.
