Chateau Glen Oaks Apartments

I have a Hot water heater that's bad and water is everywhere. The manager won't attempt to have this problem fixed. Ive been having problems since day one. I don't recommend unless they stop dragging their feet on situation that needs to be handled accordingly.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MOVING HERE! I stayed here only 2 months before terminating my lease. Find anywhere else to live but here. I was so disgusted when I saw my apartment when it was time for me to pick up my keys. The images displayed are not what you get so don't get your hopes up thinking that's what you'll get. I spent 6 hours cleaning my apartment because of how nasty it was. Oh, and let's talk about the bugs. I used 2-3 cans of bug spray within 2 weeks because the bugs were EVERYWHERE.... All they did was spray bleach and "vacuum" the carpet and even then, I had vacuum again because there was white powder all over the edges of the carpet and I still couldn't figure where it was coming from. If you work during the day don't plan on getting any sleep at night. I made multiple noise complaints and NOTHING was resolved I never heard from anyone, I even called the police because of how loud the neighbors were and they never came. The laundry rooms are disgusting and overflowing with trash and don't count on using the pool because it hasn't been clean and the water is green. I made endless amounts of noise complaints and it was as if I was talking to myself, I even called the cops and they never came. The apartment was not clean at all, I spent over 6+ hours cleaning because it was so nasty. If you work at night don't count on getting any sleep because you won't. The images... displayed are not what you get it is ran down and resembles section 8 housing but worst. My bathtub was painted and I couldn't shower nor clean it because the paint was so fresh.
