If you like hearing everything from all your neighbors and overpaying too, then this is the perfect place for you. Dogs barking, stomping from upstairs neighbors at all hours, and rundown buildings. This place has it all and I can't leave soon enough

Beware of offers
Beware of offers. I was offered a gift card for renewing the lease in Oct and told the gift card would be given in Jan. As of Feb 28th, I received NO information or update on the gift card. When I call, the office staff just says the gift cards haven't come in yet. They cannot tell me when they were ordered or when they will available. They've had since OCTOBER to order the gift cards. Unacceptable. They should at least be proactive and keep residents updated on offers they made to keep... residents in the complex! I also emailed 3 times asking for updates and have not received a response to any of the emails.

Cheaply built
Water intruded from everywhere including window casings, ceiling vents, fans, foundation during Sally. But the porch/ patio flooded every time it rained anyway. Moldy storage room. Poor communication from management. Moved new tenants in while moving storm victims out with Only 3 business days’ notice! Never gave us the option of going into undamaged units.

Life at the reserve
Our lease is almost up, and we will not be renewing it. I’ve had my neighbors call the police on me multiple time regarding issues with my dogs, and I don’t own any animals. The office does not care to help us with this matter, they even gave us a “lease violation letter” regarding noise complaints about said dogs. That I do not have. I’ve wrote emails, made calls, and even gone to the office in person. No one could help me or tell me why I got wrote up for something I couldn’t possibly be... responsible for. Just something I thought I’d share as I listen to a next door neighbors dog bark at 11pm. Also if you do rent here, do not rent anything except the top floors! The walls, and ceilings are paper thin, we hear everything at all hours of the night and day.
