Everything in this house is top notch, including amazing oversize windows, French doors, and the most spacious balcony/terrace with plenty of sitting arrangements and spectacular views of the lagoon. This is a spacious house that has everything you need for a great beach vacation.
Sunny and bright living area offers a nice relaxing space to enjoy the views and comes with an oversize sofa, chairs, coffee table, a dining table, and accesses to the balcony overlooking the lagoon. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, and plates and glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home. Plenty of sleeping arrangements to accommodate everyone in your party.
Free parking space at the property. Maximum 3 cars must be parked under the house on the right side. Please do not block or park on the left side. For one pet guests should pay a $120 pet cleaning fee and tax.
This property is within walking distance to the lagoon and close to the Gulf, restaurants, shopping, and big Gulf Shores events like Shrimp Festival and Hangout. Enjoy the shared pier for swimming, fishing, and sunbathing. Note this pier is shared with the other level of the duplex as well as the duplex to the east of this home.
This property is a duplex and has some shared amenities. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Security camera/recording device — For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. We don't provide beach towels. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. The guest should inform about pets as soon as the reservation is made. Any violation of the pet policy will incur up to a $500 fine. Pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside the premises and must only be walked in designated pet areas. A “Pet Shovel” or the equivalent must be used at all times to remove pet waste from the property. Only dogs are allowed. Maximum 2 pets per property. The maximum size of the pet is 30 lbs. Guests are responsible for all damage to property and people that may be caused by the pet. Pets inside the properties must be kept clean and sanitary all the time.
