This home is a duplex, each side has 3 bedrooms and a full living room and kitchen. It can be booked as an individual unit or both sides together as a 6-bedroom property. There are separate entrances for each side. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. Some properties have security cameras installed outside for safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. The bunk bed in bedroom 3 is full over full. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed it are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, except for ADA-compliant service dogs. A $500 fine applies for parties or events.
