This home is a duplex, each side has 3 bedrooms and a full living room and kitchen. This property can be booked as each individual unit or both properties booked together as a 6-bedroom. There are separate entrances for each side of the duplex. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking in the house or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
