Parking passes must be purchased on-site in the front desk office on the 3rd floor between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. During after hours, passes may be purchased using the kiosk on the 3rd floor and wristbands can be picked up the following day. Passes are $50 per pass with a maximum of two passes per reservation. Wristbands will also be provided when you purchase passes and must be worn at all times when on site.
San Carlos 705 offers a prime location with plenty of opportunities for beach activities like fishing, kayaking, and parasailing. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Pets are not allowed. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
