From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy, including emotional support animals, with only ADA-compliant service dogs allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine.
