    Too many Bugs and Leaking Windows

    I lived there for 2 years. There are always problems with the plumbing. They are always shout off the water almost every week to fix a plumbing problem. The windows have not been replaced since the complex was build over 50 years ago.
    When there is heavy rain, the windows are always leaking, and Millipedes come into the Livingroom. There is dog poop all over the complex.
