From great palace to Keep looking...
Spent 5+ years at Ridge Crossing. A fantastic place, once. However, over the last 2 years it has been downhill fast. If you like constant community emails about community wide water shut-offs, flooding apartments from broken pipes above, water-stained ceilings, trash in common areas and the smell of weed invading your apartment, then this is the place for you today. Do not expect anything beyond a couple of floor air dryers when your apartment does flood with the hotel room at your expense and... ridding the place of mildew, that is on you too, you're not even going to get a call. Maybe the valet trash you will be charged for gets picked up, maybe not, you never know anymore. Fo yourself a favor and keep looking, there are much cleaner, more responsive apartments in the area and you don't have to worry about repeated flooding of your apartment. Document it all if you make the mistake of moving in, you will need it.

We understand your concerns regarding the past water interruptions, flooding, communication, and overall community conditions. We wanted to share... that the community's plumbing upgrades were completed earlier this year, and we are hopeful this will help prevent future water interruptions, except in the event of an emergency.
