It was great! Until..

We got a new property manager, I’ve heard her name is Lisa A. but nobody has seen or heard back from her yet. The sewage bills have skyrocketed ! Doubled for most and tripled for some. Residents have been instructed to “pay it” and we might , might , get reimbursed. The trash piles up for weeks on end while they sneak a double “trash fee” on your bill. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR BILLS.

Great experience

Staff, especially Danielle and Shannon were wonderful. Maintenance was great and always quick. Pool and gym always clean.

Place to Call Home

Ridge Crossing staff go above and beyond for their residents. They have made me feel welcomed since day one, when I came by for a tour. I have now lived here just over a year and can honestly say it feels like home. I would like to personally thank Mrs.Marsha and her team for keeping the community clean and making sure all of my minor issues are taken care of in a timely manner! You guys rock! If you are looking for an apartment to call home in or around the Hoover area I highly recommend you... take a look at ridge crossings!
