Water Off For Days With No Warning

This place was fine until the past year. We have had several instances recently where we suddenly have no water and with no timeframe of when water will come back on. There have been days we hear that the water will be shut off all day with only a few minutes notice. Residents are fighting to get out of their lease here, beware!

From great palace to Keep looking...

Spent 5+ years at Ridge Crossing. A fantastic place, once. However, over the last 2 years it has been downhill fast. If you like constant community emails about community wide water shut-offs, flooding apartments from broken pipes above, water-stained ceilings, trash in common areas and the smell of weed invading your apartment, then this is the place for you today. Do not expect anything beyond a couple of floor air dryers when your apartment does flood with the hotel room at your expense and… ridding the place of mildew, that is on you too, you're not even going to get a call. Maybe the valet trash you will be charged for gets picked up, maybe not, you never know anymore. Fo yourself a favor and keep looking, there are much cleaner, more responsive apartments in the area and you don't have to worry about repeated flooding of your apartment. Document it all if you make the mistake of moving in, you will need it.

It was great! Until..

We got a new property manager, I’ve heard her name is Lisa A. but nobody has seen or heard back from her yet. The sewage bills have skyrocketed ! Doubled for most and tripled for some. Residents have been instructed to “pay it” and we might , might , get reimbursed. The trash piles up for weeks on end while they sneak a double “trash fee” on your bill. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR BILLS.

Staff, especially Danielle and Shannon were wonderful. Maintenance was great and always quick. Pool and gym always clean.

Place to Call Home

Ridge Crossing staff go above and beyond for their residents. They have made me feel welcomed since day one, when I came by for a tour. I have now lived here just over a year and can honestly say it feels like home. I would like to personally thank Mrs.Marsha and her team for keeping the community clean and making sure all of my minor issues are taken care of in a timely manner! You guys rock! If you are looking for an apartment to call home in or around the Hoover area I highly recommend you… take a look at ridge crossings!
