Apartamentos no son buenos
No arreglan los apartamentos no dan mantenimiento y es muy pesimo servicio pero para la renta si son muy puntuales y cualkier cosita kieren cobrar extra

Just keep looking..
Not clean. Never seen the neighborhood actually cleaned up nicely. There's always trash outside on the floor and the laundry room is always dusty. I know the rents aren't too high but you should always keep the property grounds clean. Leaving as soon as my lease is up.
