do not come here - you will regret it

there are bugs, nasty giant pools of water, the neighbors smoke weed all the time, fights that happen, and my apartment was almost broken into.

DO NOT COME HERE

Me and my wife were notified 5 times to come to this location on time; upon arriving early due to the scheduling confirmation; the agent required to give us a tour continued to call us and said “he forgot.” … the service here is terrible, the leasing off disorganized. One of them was benjamin and was inconsiderate to me as well, in all respect, there are so many better apartments than this place. Do not come here and waste your time

There's been a new manager over the last few months! Breanna has gone above and beyond to make sure that the property is a clean safe quiet place to be. We love living here at Channing!

They give you the run around

I just recently moved from here and they refused to give me back my refund I have been told multiple times giving me the run around that I'm going to receive it but has yet to receive my refund back.they don't do right but want you to pay on time for rent but they can't be on time for when they have to fix something or pay you back your refund.
