DO NOT LIVE HERE
I’m updating my previous review because management publicly responded assuring these issues would be addressed. Months later, absolutely nothing has changed.
The water situation is still completely unreliable. Today, once again, the water was shut off with zero notice—no email, no communication, nothing. I had just finished a workout and needed to shower before work, only to find I had no water. This is not an isolated incident. It continues to interfere with basic daily routines and now... regularly impacts my ability to get to work on time.
What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. After my last review, I was told to reach out via email to resolve concerns. When I did, I was redirected to a different email. Since then, it’s been a cycle of being passed around with no resolution. Calls go unanswered, and the only way to get any response is to show up in person. That is not acceptable for a property at this price point.
The dog station issue is another example of empty promises. In March, I was told directly that additional stations had been ordered and would be installed near the back of the neighborhood (where we live, right by the dog park). Months later, there are still none. Meanwhile, residents are threatened with fines and even pet removal for not complying with rules that management has failed to properly support. Expecting residents to carry waste across the entire neighborhood because there are only a few stations at the front is unreasonable.
At this point, the issue is not just maintenance—it’s a consistent pattern of poor communication, lack of follow-through, and disregard for residents. Promises are made, responses are written, and nothing is actually fixed.
For anyone considering moving here: understand that what is advertised and what is delivered are two very different things.
Nothing has improved since my last review.
