From start to finish my moving experience went smoothly. The leasing office manager and the staff were professional and everything they promised me was done!
Fresh paint, new carpet and cleaned by experts! I moved right in and could put my belongings on the floors, in the kitchen and bathrooms! Perfect. The entire process was smooth! Before, a few details after and during! Thank you Corbin and Shawnata

As with any large apartment complex, there sometimes are issues with noise because some tenants choose not to be mindful that their neighbors want and/or need peace and quiet during the night -- especially in common areas, such as the pool. Legacy is no different EXCEPT -- management has an on-site Courtesy Officer who will respond at any time to address complaints related to noise.

Management, especially site manager Corbin, is always courteous and accommodating when I address these issues,... and as someone with a medical condition that requires proper rest, I greatly appreciate the accommodating attitude.

Besides the noise issue, this is a great place to live. Great amenities and a continual extension of courtesy and accommodation.

Used to be a good apartment complex until they got new management. I literally have reported my upstairs neighbor countless times for being super loud and they haven’t done anything about it. Then they start charging more for the same internet plan I already had, 50-80. They said they would honor the old price if you had it set up but I have emailed them 10 times with my old bill and gotten no response, just an extra $80 charge. Moving out as soon as I can

I kill at least two bugs every single day, and recently found a three-inch roach crawling in my baby’s nursery. I submitted a request over a month ago to be released from my lease because of a cockroach infestation, and I even provided medical documentation from my doctor confirming that the conditions are unsafe for my infant.

Despite this, upper management has completely ignored me. The local office keeps saying “someone from corporate will reach out,” but corporate management never responds.... They’ve promised callbacks for weeks and done nothing to resolve the issue.

Meanwhile, the infestation continues, and the conditions are disgusting. My son was in the ER this weekend with respiratory issues, likely made worse by the apartment’s environment. I have photos and videos of roaches, spiders, and unsanitary conditions throughout our unit.

I’ve had to kill multiple bugs daily for months. Corporate management’s lack of communication and refusal to take responsibility is unethical and unacceptable.

No tenant—especially one with a child—should be forced to live in these conditions or be ignored after pleading for help. Management’s silence speaks volumes about how little they value their residents. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Read More

The property is beautiful but while you are here, hope you don't have any questions or concerns with the front office. Everytime we had a question, from amenities to renewing our lease to late fees, they were rude and passive aggressive. I dreaded going in to the front office. The side gates are broken in this "gated community" . Our key fobs regularly don't work. Whenever this is brought up to the front office they say they'll work on it and then nothing gets done. Every other word from them is... "no". Again beautiful apartments and property, but having to deal with them has definitely ruined my time here. Read More
