The staff is very attentive Ever since I first visited the Jessam at Hays farm I felt right at home. The staff informed me of all the different amenities, local places to eat and entertain, as well as local and nearby places to excercise and walk the local trails nearby with all their natural fauna and lakes. They also have been very attentive and speedy with any needs and request s.

Great place to live I have been living here for almost a year and was one of the first people to move here. I did also resign my lease. It is such a beautiful apartment. I love the current staff in the office, very friendly and helpful. my only complaint is as it has filled up, I have noted a lot more people keeps driving into the entrance/exit gate. One reason why I picked here and love it here, is for the gated community part. It is not the office peoples fault, but I really wish people would… stop, wait for the gait to open, then drive through. Also, I would love to have assigned parking and/or parking just for guest. Sometimes I have to park a lot further away from my apartment and it can just be a slight hassle sometimes. But, I love it here and 100% recommend this place!
