Maintenance
What started as a very frustrating situation ended on a really positive note. Our A/C has now broken for the fourth time, which was already incredibly frustrating. We submitted a work order on Saturday (5/23), and by Tuesday, after going to the office for an update, we were told by staff, “we’ll get to you when we get to you,” and that we were at the bottom of the list. Needless to say, that was not a great experience.
Thankfully, I then spoke with Lisa, the manager, who immediately understood... my frustration, listened to my concerns, and assured me someone would look at it that same day (5/26). True to her word, Nate came out to fix the issue and discovered ants inside part of our A/C unit—gross! He was able to fix the problem, replace the filter, and even mentioned he would coordinate with pest control to have extra treatment done around the apartment, which I really appreciated.
On top of that, Randy came by and fixed the weather stripping on our door jamb—which wasn’t even part of the original request! That level of attention to detail really stood out.
While this started as a very frustrating experience, the way Lisa, Nate, and Randy handled the situation completely turned things around. I’m very impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, and extra effort to make things right. Very satisfied with the outcome!
