The Preserve at Crestwood

My experience at The Preserve at Crestwood Apartments has been nothing but wonderful. Brittany, Mike, and the whole team truly make this community special. Brittany is always welcoming, professional, and goes out of her way to be kind and understanding. She really takes the time to work with you and shows compassion when life gets tough. It is rare to find that kind of care in apartment living, and it makes all the difference.

Mike and the maintenance team are just as impressive. They respond... quickly, get the job done right, and always greet you with a friendly attitude. Whether it is a simple fix or something bigger, they handle it with care and efficiency, which gives me peace of mind knowing I can count on them.

The Preserve at Crestwood is more than just a place to live. The staff make it feel like a true community, where residents are treated with respect and care. This is the worst complex I ever been in they never fixes nothing when you put in the work order it’s been going on for 10 months now my master bathroom shower handle never been replace so we can’t use our own shower, a/c going out, refrigerator leaking list goes on

They have been making lots of repairs to the complex. Within the last 4 months, they have completely rebuilt all the stairs and are redoing the parking lot. Also, they put in some really bright lights in the walkways! It looks like they're going to be repainting the buildings too. The girls in the office are always so sweet when I come in and Matt always takes care of my repairs for me.

I have lived at The Preserve for going on 5 years and I really love it. Are there some maintenance issues every now and then? Sure, but you're going to get that anywhere. Anytime I call to get something repaired, Matt comes down with a smile and takes care of my issues for me. I love that there's not someone new everytime I call up to the office. The staff has really become like my second family. I can't see myself going anywhere anytime soon.

The rent is entirely too high for bugs you have to endure, no lighting in certain rooms, a door that doesn’t latch, And a maintenance and management team with a million excuses. My door hasn’t latched to the hinge since my roommate and I moved in (we are two females). It’s been 4 months with no repair to the door. They received it a month ago. But they definitely have the audacity to charge a late fee in the middle of a pandemic- still no door. I’ve been sweet and super understanding. There will... be a serious legal problem if I do not get my front door in by the end of this week. Read More
