Can't get any help

I would love to rate the apartment higher as when I moved in last year it was amazing. The office staff has been very pleasant, but unfortunately I'm rating as low as I am because issues that I'm having living here are not being addressed. If you want sleep and you get neighbors that do not follow quiet hours, you're just out of luck as the courtesy officer provided at night won't do much to help. Quiet hours don't even start until 10 PM (and they are written in the lease) so it's not like this… is something new that people have to follow. Also if you're looking for a place where the property manager actually responds to emails, well, this isn't the place for you.

I've sent multiple emails (with photo and video evidence of the complaints), complaints through the app, called multiple times a week (sometimes 2-3 times a night) and absolutely nothing has changed. I'm constantly being woken up or having to stay up all night because this problem has not been handled at all. Also I've had to through out a rug and am looking to have to redo outdoor chairs as the resident above me has allowed her dog to pee on us multiple times (we have covered porches and this has all been reported). I absolutely hate complaining as much as I've been these past few months, for the first half of our lease we just accepted the noise and tried to ignore it, but the constant banging above my head is driving me insane. Until the problems are addressed I would absolutely not recommend this complex.

Noisy Apartments!

I have lived in these apartments for a little over three years and have had a wonderful experience until recently. I have had multiple problems with my neighbors and them playing loud music late into the night and have had to call the police multiple times. The walls and floors are so thin here that I can hear my neighbors arguing at 1:00 AM!
It has gotten so bad that I have to go somewhere else to sleep for the night so that I can get up for work in the morning. The office does absolutely… nothing to remediate these problems and has said for multiple months that they would hire a courtesy officer, but they have not yet.
In my opinion, these apartments are mismanaged and not fit to live in. I would look into other options in the Prattville and Millbrook area until they either hire a courtesy officer or start taking complaints seriously.
Unless you enjoy living above a nightclub, avoid these apartments!

Excellent place to live.

I enjoy the cleanliness of complex area, the excellent customer services I receive no matter when I call or stop by the office. The staff go above and beyond to make sure whatever concerns I have gets addressed as efficiently and quickly as possible. The staff makes you feel like you are apart of a family. I also enjoy the spacious apartment and the quietness. I highly recommend Grandview as a place to live.

The Crossings of Millbrook

Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Very quiet, fairly new, nice staff, overall great experience we plan on renewing our lease. Love the area it's in.

Affordable luxury

I've lived in a few different apartment complexes, and The Crossings is by far my FAVORITE! From the tall ceilings to the huge closets, it's almost like you're not in an apartment at all! The screened in porch offers a nice and cozy place to relax and enjoy fresh air while still being protected from the elements. The office staff is helpful and prompt. It's in a nice central location around 5-7 minutes from local schools and even CLOSER to the interstate! If you're in the tricounty area, don't… pass up this opportunity!
