Wonderful office staff, but very unprofessional maintenance staff.
The office staff at Millbrook Pointe are very nice, and wonderful to deal with. My issue is that the maintenance man is a total jerk. He came into my apartment, and was very unprofessional, condescending, and rude toward me. He was also very accusatory and was blaming me for something not working, when it was messed up when I moved in. He also had the same rude attitude toward me, once outside of my apartment, and was accusing me of something I never did. I just hope that nothing else… breaks in my apartment, because I never want that jerk back in my apartment again. Again, the office staff are great, and other than the maintenance guy, I have enjoyed my stay.
