If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately, and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. If an issue arises and guests request a refund, guests will be required to agree to a release before issuing a refund. Guests must abide by all rules posted on premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with homeowner relating to the use of these amenities whether due to loss, damage, injury or death.
