I didnt see a recent review so here is one. WE NEED A CALISTHENICS PARK! The staff and maintenance are great. You can text someone from the office instead of physically being there. Maintenance is pretty cool and they get in and get out. They schedule routine inspections on the units, host events, and make sure the property is maintained. It's mainly military tenants and the walls are thick. Good atmosphere and pretty chill. Compared to other properties, the value is in the price. The other comment was right. The staff spend the day writing their own comments and trying to wipe out negative comments. Don’t believe it? Look at the comments here... how they slide things in like the electricity set up, the kids and home, how it’s like a condo, and all different kinds of people in each comment. Get real, the place is built like a paper doll house, full of painted over mold from all the flooding, the kids really have no where to go or play, the duck pond really just has… a very narrow walkway around it so you won’t be lounging out by the ducks on a summer afternoon. All the good, 90% of the good maint staff left years ago, the current folks are understaffed and seem to care less. And the rent is tons more than anywhere else. Sign up and be miserable. Read More

Anyone else think the arborview staff sits in the office writing these reviews? After living there, I’m thinking just the opposite of their reviews. Matter of fact... pretty sure they just copied the text from their promotional literature. Unless a duck pond is important to you, save three hundred dollars a month and go to one of the nearby apartments. Same thing, just no ducks.

This is by far the best apartment community I have lived in thus far. I am active duty military and I was searching for a reasonably priced, safe location close to Keesler AFB and this was the best property I toured hands down. All of the Staff was so nice and friendly in helping me with the move in process. A special thanks to Ms. Julie who worked with me one on one and kept me updated to ensure I could get a 1st floor apartment to accommodate my mother who I take care of and has a bad knee.… She called to keep me updated on the first one that came available which has been a huge help to my mother. Once we moved in the apartment was the cleanest property I have ever moved into so far throughout my military career. We had minimal to no cleaning to do at move in as everything was immaculate and there were minimal discrepancies to note (mainly just normal wear and tear) which you can tell they keep maintained very well. Our patio railing needed needed to be replaced due to rust which they already had on order before we arrived and replaced within 2 days of move in!! Super fast service. The maintenance staff are amazing too. Whenever you need something fixed they are on top of it especially if it is a maintenance emergency. The on call maintenance respond quickly to fix maintenance emergencies and they are always very polite and professional no matter what time of day. I'd like to send a special thanks to Steven who was our on call maintains man. He is excellent!! This community is the best kept, and most convenient location to Keesler AFB, shopping, restaurants, beach, casino's, etc and I would recommend it to anyone.
