It should have been made clear that I should turn it off. One would not know to do so, especially since it's linked to our account and water bill. Even still, it should not have taken out a full month's rent, only the 9 days. She was more concerned with getting a money order than helping me.
10. It seems as though they want to separate themselves from the online autopay feature, but it's connected because the water amount is placed on the bill.

My husband and I have lived here for 8 months and have had a great experience. We moved to Mobile for work and I was very stressed about finding a place almost sight unseen. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years but unfortunately have to move out of state and hate to leave! Courtney has been so wonderful and gone out of her way to help in any way she can. Issues come up but she was always quick to handle them. 10/10 experience.

Ceiling leaked instead of fixing the issue it was ignored. Service employee listed “.” As how he fixed the issue. Ghosted out now they pretending like they don’t know anything.

Laundry room door will barely open. Other door is falling off. Mailboxes don’t shut or lock without fighting them.

Keep your expectations low.
