lived there several years and we had to move apartments three times. Once our apartment flooded and our bedroom ceiling caved in and our whole apartment had three inches of water in it. Second apartment flooded as well then got a notice as did all the others living in apartment building saying building was unsafe to live in and we’re the foundation was off and it needed to be condemned. My husband and myself moved out of complex at that point, but my son stayed two additional years in a third... apartment where it was roach infested (the whole building) pest control is built into your rent but they very rarely actually service the apartments. The air conditioner went out during the summer and it took forever to even get a portable unit brought to us. After months and months of this they finally had someone repair the air unit. We paid rent on a garage for storage and 90% of the time we were unable able to even get the garage door open and any issues reported to office always took forever to be addressed. Value of property has gone down the leasing office has a large turnover the A/C units are in poor condition the building is shifting the trash is terrible we need someone to come out and do a interview on the property

I moved out of this complex after the year from hell. First the piles of trash at the compactor so large you can't get to the door. Second, dog crap is every where. Third the fire alarm in my building went off one night in November then is started beeping so loud I could hear it in every room of my apartment. This beeping continued for well over 6 months. I would complain at the office weekly and nothing would be done. The longest break I had was about a week then the fire alarm would go off... again and the 24/7 beep fest would continue. This was not fixed before I moves. It has been 7 months since I moved out and just received a collection notice (first contact I have received) stating that I owe them over $100.00. No clue for what because I had called them (since I moved out of state) and they stated everything was fine after the move. I haven't even moved in yet and I love it already! The whole process of getting and applying for the apartment has been so easy and care free. If you get a chance to live here, make sure you talk to Kenyatta (if you see this I'm sorry if I spelled it wrong), Kelly, and Lawren! They are SO nice and make everything so simple. I look forward to moving in next week! :)

If you're looking to move in here DON'T. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. This has been by far the worst year living there. Ready for my lease to be up.
