Literally the WORST APARTMENT EVER from the time I received my key had to come out of my pocket for inspection fee (never did this until this apartment) had to pay the postoffice for a mailbox mold and standing water in the dishwasher and all they did was vacuum out water with the mold still in it you can literally smell it from the living room the sink in my bathroom has been leaking since I moved in here and my work order is still pending flys and… gnats are always in the stairwell going into the apartment then they come into your house and take over everything in the house lol I’VE NEVER SEEN SMOKE DETECTORS FALL OFF THE WALL they tow people’s cars for not being parked in proper parking spots but don’t have enough spots to even enforce that rule and yet they still tow cars not to mention out of Mississippi and they have a agreement with the towing company so if they tow your car the apartments get half of that back lol basically taking away from you anyway they can everything MANAGEMENT does is done under the table and once brought to the light they want to kick you out.
