Dont bother

Tried to schedule an interview. They scheduled me on the day they were closed. Drove 15 minutes to a closed sign. Called. No answer. They blamed an AI bot for setting up the appointment wrong. Dont waste your time

Look Elsewhere

Apartment is not worth the price. Since I've moved in my a/c has constantly been broken for days at a time while the temperature outside is above 90 degrees. Walls and ceilings are VERY thin. There is also a spider infestation on the stairwells. The gate is always broken and There is never any parking spots. The only decent thing about this place is the pool and patio.

Great place to live

Been here 3 months and My kids and I love it here! Beautiful, newly renovated apartments with wood plank flooring and granite countertops. They are very pet friendly and the office and maintenance staff are very nice and helpful. We can’t wait to use the pool this summer!

Great Place to Live

I've just moved into Charleston Apartments and am very glad I did. The apartment is nice and has plenty of room for everything. The people who work here are very nice and helpful and maintenance takes care of anything right away - often the same day.

Great place to live!

My husband and I have been here for almost 2 years. The community is great and the office staff are very friendly! The pool is nice in the summer and they have nice chairs and cabanas that were recently upgraded. We love it!
