Great Quiet Community

Kingswood Apartments is a great quiet community! The management team is professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond. All maintenance issues are handled immediately and the grounds are well maintained. Wonderful and convenient location in the Springhill area. I love it here!

Quiet and Friendly Community!

I lived in Kingswood Apartments for a year. The staff was very kind and helpful in every situation. When things needed fixing, maintenance fixed it within a day. The workout facility and patio area were very nice. Kingswood is in a prime location as well, especially for college students studying at either the University of South Alabama or Springhill College. There are many neat shops to visit in the area; my favorite of which being Carpe Diem. Grocery stores and gas stations are just a short… walk/drive away. People use the side walks on Old Shell for running/walking all the time. Its a very safe area with several police living in the complex. I plan to return ASAP!
